 Mrs. Irene Rollins-Executive Director


As Executive Director of i5 KIDS, Irene oversees the business administration, human resources and finances of the center. Irene brings over seventeen years of experience managing full-scale human resource programs, services and functions, program management, and experience providing progressive business administration expertise. Irene passionately serves her community alongside her husband who is Lead Pastor at i5 Church. Irene serves on the Executive Leadership team of i5 Church. She lives in Odenton with her husband of fifteen years and their three children Kayla (14 yrs), Jaden (13 yrs) and Maya (10 yrs.) who are her greatest passion and fulfilment in life.

 Mrs. Tamaira Miller–Director


As the center Director, Tamaira provides leadership, resources and support needed for the staff to carry out the mission of I5 Kids. She brings over ten years in management, operations and leadership development. Tamaira operates and manages all aspects of the center, including business management, education and development requirements of the staff, center environment, marketing, and communication. She actively builds the staff, parent and community relationships and partnerships. Tamaira lives with her husband of five years and their four children Taliyah (4), David (3), Teagan (1) and Sidney (5 months) who are the joy of her life.

 Mrs. Stephanie Roussey–Program Director


Time: 7:00am – 3:00pm

As Program Director Stephanie oversees the day-to-day operations of the center serves as a primary point of contact for parents and staff. Stephanie focuses on providing the resources and support needed for staff to provide a safe, fun and engaging early learning experience for children to succeed. Stephanie has 16 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator with 12 of those years being at i5 KIDS. Stephanie graduated with an AA Degree in Early Childhood Education from the CCBC and a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is a level 6 in the Maryland Child Care Credentialing Program. Stephanie volunteers as curriculum coordinator for i5 KIDS Church.

 Ms. Victoria Cook–Office Manager


Time: 8:30pm – 5:30pm

Victoria or “Vikki” serves as Office Manager and is the initial contact person and source of general information for our clients and general public. She is responsible for handling all tuition, enrollment, and student records. Vikki has a 10 year old daughter Tatianna and a 6 year old daughter Taelyn. On Victoria’s spare time, you can find her enjoying quality time with her daughters, reading, bowling, attending i5 Church or volunteering her time as the Team Lead for the i5 Church nursery on Sundays.
